RGM EXCELLENCE LINE PALLETE KNIVES SET/3PCS
RGM’s Excellence Line features palette knives with a new, captivating design. They combine the simplicity of a Beech wood handle with the refinement of matte black metal blades.
These high-quality painting knives are made of black anodized stainless steel that have been tempered and ground by hand to assure consistent flexibility and quality that adds both durability and longevity. The ergonomic handle features handsome beechwood in a comfortable shape. The Step Line Black Knives are the perfect tool for outdoor plein air painting as the black metal does not reflect the glare of intense sunlight.
Please note: To ensure the palette knife enjoys a long life it is advisable to clean the blade with a dry cloth and store it at a safe distance from damp places.

Shipping & Returns
REFUND POLICY
All items must be in their original packaging, unused, along with the invoice and within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that if there is a manufacturing defect, we will inspect the returned items and in the event that we find no production defects, we reserve the right to revoke the refund. Items returned due to manufacturing defect will receive a full refund or can be exchaged.
All refunds will be calculated as the original price paid, excluding any delivery charges. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
After returning the products to us, it can take your bank two weeks to process our refund request.
In store refunds: If you wish to return the items personally, you may do so by visiting our main branch.
Courier: We can arrange for courier collection which will include a return delivery fee of AED 25 which must be paid in cash, upon pick-up.

We deliver across the UAE.
Standard Delivery
– We offer FREE delivery on small size orders of AED 250 and above.
– Orders below AED 250 of normal size and weight will have AED 20 delivery fee.
– Recieve your order within 2-5 business days, with the excpetion of Sundays and public holidays.
